Dark Roast

Our Dark Roast is perhaps more accurately a medium/dark roast. We pull this coffee right before the notes turn to more bitter and burnt flavors. The mix of 50% Guatemala and 50% Bolivia adds a complex mixture of chocolate, brown sugar and caramel notes. The profile is extremely smooth and low in acidity. This makes a great breakfast coffee for those with more stout proclivity in their morning brews or a perfect coffee with cream any time of the day!!
